Our process involves demonstrating value through proposals and demos before any financial commitment is made. Once the first payment is accepted, we immediately dedicate our expert team and proprietary computing resources to your project. This upfront deployment of capital and skill means all payments received are final and non-refundable.

 

1. 🤝 Applicability: Scope of Final Payments

 

This policy applies to all financial transactions with Bharat AI Vyapari (BAV), including:

• Initial Project Fees/Deposit: Payments made upon acceptance of a BAV proposal for custom AI development, integration, or consultation services.

• Milestone Payments: Scheduled payments upon the completion of project phases.

• Subscription Plans: All charges for monthly or annual recurring AI service access.

• Digital Products: One-time purchases of reports, data sets, or specialized digital tools.

 

2. 💰 Policy on Refunds and Cancellations

 

 

A. No Refund Rule (The Core Policy)

 

• All Sales are Final: Upon the receipt and clearance of any payment (initial, milestone, or subscription), the amount is deemed fully earned by Bharat AI Vyapari.

• Irreversible Investment: This payment signifies the irreversible commitment of BAV resources, including:

  • Expert Man-Hours: Allocation of AI engineers, data scientists, and project managers.

  • Proprietary License Fees: Immediate activation of necessary software licenses.

  • Computational Costs: Allocation and reservation of cloud computing and AI processing capacity.

• Therefore, BAV does not issue refunds, returns, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:cancellation, project scope changes initiated by the client, changes in business circumstances, or non-utilization of service.

 

B. Subscription Payments

 

• Cancellation Process: Clients may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via the user dashboard. However, cancellation will only prevent future billing.

• No Refund for Current Period: There will be no refunds or pro-rata adjustments for any portion of the current subscription term (monthly or annual) that remains unused after the client cancels. Service access will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

 

C. Custom Project Cancellation

 

• If a client chooses to terminate a custom project after the first payment, no portion of the payment received up to that date will be refunded.

• Any future milestone payments that were not yet invoiced or paid will be cancelled.

 

3. ✅ Client Acknowledgment

 

By making the initial payment or subscribing to a BAV service, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. They have fully reviewed the proposal, seen all relevant demonstrations, and are satisfied with BAV's capacity to deliver the promised services.

2. They understand that the funds paid secure the immediate commitment of resources.

3. They accept the No Refund policy as a fundamental condition of engaging with Bharat AI Vyapari.

 

4. ⚙️ BAV Commitment to Delivery

 

Our non-refundable policy is upheld by our promise to deliver the services as outlined in the accepted proposal. If BAV fails to provide the contracted services due to an operational failure on our part, we commit to immediately resolving the issue or providing a credit for future services, but cash refunds will not be issued.
